Are your product photos accurate?
We do our best to display colors and details as accurately as possible. However, screen settings and natural variations in hand-painted canvases may result in slight differences.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the specialty nature of needlepoint canvases, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
