Refund policy
Cowtown stitch cannot accept returns for the following:
• Custom orders
• Finishing/finishing services
• Tickets to classes or events
• Sale items
• Gift cards
• Canvases that have been stitched or damaged by customer
• Canvases that have had any customization
• Fibers/Threads
CS is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect delivery instructions - customers are responsible for entering the correct mailing address in checkout.
