Refund policy
Many of our items, like hand-painted canvases and specialty threads, are one-of-a-kind pieces. For that reason, all sales through Cowtown Stitch are final.
Non-Refundable Items:
• Canvases of any kind
• Custom orders
• Fibers/Threads
• Finishing of any kind/finishing services
• Tickets to classes or events
• Sale items
• Canvases that have been stitched or damaged by customer
• Canvases that have had any customization
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, Cowtown Stitch will do everything we can to work with the carrier and get it to you as quickly as possible. Please note that carrier delays alone don't qualify for a return or refund, and we're unable to process refunds to your original payment method while a carrier claim is still open.
